L'armée est composée de soldats, utilisés pendant les batailles, qui ont un rôle essentiel dans le jeu.
Il y a cinq classes d'unités militaires dans le jeu : les unités légères, les unités lourdes, les unités rapides, les unités à distances et les unités d'artillerie.
Chacune a ses propriétés, ses défauts ou qualités. C'est à vous et à votre style de jeu et tactique qu'appartient le choix des unités.
Pour former une unité, il faut construire la caserne/bâtiment spécifique à l'unité après avoir étudié la technologie.
Par exemple : lorsque vous recherchez "Lances", vous pouvez construire une caserne de lanciers et ensuite produire des lanciers.
Avec une caserne/bâtiment, vous pouvez former deux unités, mais deux autres emplacements sont achetables avec des pièces et des marchandises.
Un cinquième emplacement peut-être débloqué, mais avec des diamants.
