- Going by the cars the factory can produced, Hopp Automobile is based off of Volkswagen in Germany, though the logo more closely resembles Ferrari's, albeit with a rabbit compared to Ferrari's horse.
- One of the cars sitting in front of the factory bears a paint job resembling that of Disney character Herbie The Love Bug, said car even shakes a little in the factory's animation, furthering the supposed reference. (as Herbie is sentient and thus can move by himself)
