The Province of Haulenois is the final province of the Colonial Ages, as well as the final and southernmost province of the Old Ages as a whole. It consists of six sectors. When fully acquired, it grants the player one expansion Conquering Haulenois grants access to the World Map. Haulenois, alongside the rest of the Colonial Age provinces, appears to be based on 18th Century France, at least culturally. Victor Bonneparte seems to based on real-life Napoleon Bonaparte, with elements from Maximilien Robespierre added in.
