Louis XXI, roi de Varseilles is a ruler in the Colonial Age. He is the king of Varseilles, Lombardeaux, Deuxerres, and Pisterrac.
He is a king and is married to Sophie Antoinette. He is mentioned as being "even more unpopular" than his wife, due to their expensive lifestyle and the fact that they don't care for the people at all. He considers his life to be boring, but before the player defeats him and takes Varseilles, he is overthrown by Victor Bonneparte and is sent into exile.
He is based on French king Louis XVI.
