I thought we dealt with them, but I was wrong. The MOON sect is still trying to leave this planet. To reach their goal, they attack our facilities and steal products. We need to show a strong military presence to keep them at bay.
Required:
Build a military building from your age or 2 from the previous age
Recruit 8 units from your age or 12 from the previous age
