Manta

The Manta is the first light military unit of the Oceanic Future.

The only units that can’t escape retaliation from the Manta up until the Oceanic Future are light units (except the Exoskeleton Soldier and light units with the Dragon Breath ability) and pre-Modern Era heavy units and pre-Postmodern Era fast units and Champions and pre-Progressive Era ranged units and the Paratrooper, Stealth Tank, Drone Swarm, Recon Raider, C.R.A.B. Mech and Gliders. All other units can.

It can also be received by completing the Murky Depths, Hard Choices, Warmth, and Greedy Story Quests.
