Narcien is the first Colonial Age province and consists of five sectors. When completely acquired, the province gives access to the Colonial Age PvP Tower. Taking over Narcien grants access to Troulope.
Narcien, alongside the rest of the Colonial Age provinces, appears to be based on 18th Century France, at least culturally. It is ruled by Sophie Antoinette.
