The Neo Winners' Plaza is a special building released exclusively for the Quantum Incursions.
The Neo Winners' Plaza produces 
forge points, 
goods and provides regular 
attack and defense for attacking and defending armies and 
attack and defense boosts for attacking and defending armies in Guild Battlegrounds. When upgraded to level 2 its properties are enhanced and gains a production of 
75 guild goods.
Upgrade[]
The Neo Winners' Plaza can be upgraded by Neo Winners' Plaza Upgrade Kit item. To upgrade the Neo Winners' Plaza, use the Neo Winners' Plaza Upgrade item on the Neo Winners' Plaza that is already situated in your city. Its upgraded version will then be placed directly on the same spot in your city and the production timer will not be reset. Note that the upgraded building will be from your current era, even if the old one was from one of the earlier ages.
