The Oasis is a special building released during the 2014 Summer Event.
When the Oasis is motivated, its production is doubled, and one refined good of each type from the building's age is produced. The production is boosted by enthusiastic population and by boosts of certain great buildings. The building can be plundered if it isn't motivated.
This building requires a road connection.
Comparison
The Oasis is similar to the Royal Cascade, a building released through an Historical Questline. The Royal Cascade is better all round.
The Oasis is also similar to the Tribal Square, a building available as a prize on Guild Expeditions. The aspect is different but the size is the same.
