The Phytoplankton Factory is a goods building of the Oceanic Future that produces Plankton. The production requires the unrefined good of Nutrition Research from the Tomorrow Era. If the player controls the good deposit of Latex (which eventually can be found in the provinces of either the Industrial Age, the Postmodern Era or the Oceanic Future) the production is multiplied by five.
