Ragu Silvertongue, also known as the Right Hand, gives story quests from the beginning of the game to mid-Colonial Age. He introduces you to the game in the Tutorial and helps you progress through the game. He appears to be helpful and intelligent yet corrupted and power-thirsty in his last ages. In the quest Betrayal! he betrays you and attempts a coup d'etat over your city. With Princess Myciena's help, you gather the support of your advisors and defeat him. He is sent into exile but he says that he will return. The unrevealed clouds on almost every continent map, though unconfirmed, are said to be his hideouts where he is planning revenge. He is replaced by Princess Myciena first in The Savior, and then permanently in A New Hand.
