Rin Gozen is a military leader under Emperor Hisao Hito in the Modern Era. She owns Natsuishu and Inashu.
She is brave and fearless. She also values honor highly and inspires her troops to fight only for honor. It seems that she does not like negotiating (but she was apparently ordered to do so by Hisao Hito) but she is one of the few province owners that like battle not for bloodshed or suffering. If you negotiate all the way with her though, she commits "ritual suicide[1]" because she couldn't defend her land with honor. If you fight with her, although she is defeated, she is pleased and leaves to seek redemption for her failure.
She seems to be based on the onna-bugeisha Tomoe Gozen.
