Sao Malvado

Sao Malvado is the thirteenth and final province of the Tomorrow Era. It is accessible after taking control of Desierto de la Muerte. This province seems to be set in real-world Colombia. Miguel Mantos, the owner of of this province and Rio Roxo, seems to be based on James Bond villain Dominic Greene from Quantum of Solace.
